LORD'S TAVERNERS

THIS SCHEME HAS BEED SUSPENDED FOR THE REMAINDER OF 2008 DUE TO HIGH DEMAND 

Lord’s Taverners provide funding to support the provision of non turf match pitches, net ends and nets – mobile or fixed. All work must be carried out by approved suppliers and work cannot start until approval has been received. The maximum bid is £6000 and the application form must be signed off by the HCB Cricket Development Manager.

Please note that clubs and schools involved in the "Chance to Shine" programme are not eligible to apply. 

HAMPSHIRE PLAYING FIELDS ASSOCIATION

This organisation makes grants and loans to local authorities, voluntary organisations and sports clubs for the recreational improvement or purchase of land for playing fields or play-spaces. Cove CC have benefited from financial assistance to help fund their impressive new net facility.

MICHAEL MAY YOUNG CRICKETERS FOUNDATION

The Foundation supports the young as individuals and in improving facilities for them, in relation to cricket. It has supported a number of projects across Hampshire including the provision of kit, net and practice facilities and kwik cricket festivals.
