The HCB and Focus Clubs sign a Service Level Agreement which commits both parties to the Focus Club concept. The commitment incudes the following areas:

• Club to achieve ClubMark accreditation
• Club to complete and implement an ECB Development Plan
• Club to appoint and train a Club Welfare Officer
• HCB to provide priority and subsidised places on courses
• HCB to provide advice and support through ClubMark and Development Planning
• HCB to facilitate links with local schools
