CRITERIA
In the first instance Focus Clubs were selected based on 3 key criteria:
- Junior Section
- ClubMark Registered
- Affiliated to the HCB as a Category 3 Member
Since the inception of Focus Clubs the bar has been raised considerably with many clubs having now achieved ClubMark accreditation, completed an ECB Development Plan and entered their information onto the County Board Management System.

As a club receiving dedicated support you will be working with your CDO on:
- ClubMark Accreditation
- Development Planning
- Uploading Club Data onto County Board Management System
If any of these have already been achieved, your CDO will work with you to support other key priorities for your club.
