The Hampshire Cricket Board runs all County Squads for Boys, Girls and Disability cricketers. The fixtures comprise a mixture of ECB competitions, Festivals and Friendly matches. 

The administration and coaching programme is managed by Raj Maru, Performance CDO, supported by an outstanding team of volunteer Managers and Coaches.

We also rely heavily on the generosity of sponsors, supporters and parents who contribute so much to the winter and summer programme, and to schools and cricket clubs hosting home matches.

The route to County Squads from school or club is through a tried and tested method of nominations to District Development Squads. District Festivals in early and late summer are a vital part of the talent identification process, supplemented by recommendations from County and District coaches  - the door is always open.
