The pathway for Coaches to obtain further qualifications is as follows.

UKCC 1 (ECB Coaching Assistant)
to UKCC 2 (ECB Coach)

UKCC 2 (ECB Coach)
to ECB Club Coach (UKCC 2+), or to UKCC 3 (ECB Head Coach) by a course of three modules, a total of eight days plus a field assessment.

ECB Level 1 
to  UKCC 2 (ECB Club Coach) via  a conversion course

ECB Level 2
to ECB Club Coach (UKCC 2+), or to UKCC 3 (ECB Head Coach) by a course of three modules, a total of eight days plus a field assessment.

HCB plan to run conversion courses and Development Workshops in the autumn.

The UKCC 3 course is run on a regional basis by ECB and HCB is unlikely to have more than thee places this year. Priority will go to current or prospective County Age Group coaches and Community Coaches, not already qualified at ECB Level 3.
