The Association has been put in place to respond to the needs of coaches within Hampshire and to provide a constant flow of communication and practical development.

The Association which has been set up by coaches for coaches and has the following aims and objectives:
• To support the delivery and development of formal ECB coach education.
• To provide a local coach development programme to maintain and improve competence of all coaches.
• To facilitate smooth progression between coaching levels
• To develop a programme to:
• Recruit coaches at all levels
• Provide relevant and progressive training opportunities to all coaches
• Reward and recognise coaches within the association.
• To provide trainers and facilities to fulfill the aims and objectives of the association it is hoped that:
• The number of coaches will be increased
• The quality of our coaches will increase
• There will be more active coaches
