The ECB Coaching Pathway illustrates the coaching courses available and where the old ECB qualifications sit within the new framework.

Hampshire Cricket Board is responsible for running the following courses within the pathway:

• ECB Young Leaders Award
• ECB Coaching Assistant (UKCC 1)
• ECB Coach (UKCC 2)
• Conversion Course
• Coach Development Workshops

ECB Head Coach (UKCC 3) and Master Coach are run by the ECB on a regional and national basis respectively, with all nominations submitted by HCB.  HCB is unlikely to have more than three places each year.  Priority will go to current or prospective County Age Group coaches not already qualified at ECB Level 3.
