STRUCTURE
At the AGM in January 2010 Hampshire Cricket Board officially incorporated as a company limited by guarantee, becoming Hampshire Cricket Board Ltd.
The main reason for incorporating was to ensure all of our members had limited liability. It also allows the Board to enter into contracts with service or product providers and employment contracts, with the benefit of limited liability to protect the Board of Directors and its members.
As a result of incorporation a Board of Directors has replaced the Executive Committee. The Board of Directors are:-
Jeff Levick (Chairman)
Colin Savage (Company Secretary)
Mark Readman (Chairman - Finance Committee)
Stuart Robertson (Hampshire Cricket Commercial Director)
Ben Thompson (Cricket Development Manager)
There are a number of sub committees, set up specifically to ensure adequate input to the Board of Directors. They are the Senior Cricket Committee, Finance Committee, Facilities Committee, HCB Coaches Association and Hampshire Association of Cricket Officials.
