All affiliated clubs and organisations are invited to send representatives to the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Board on Thursday 28 January 2010 at the Rose Bowl, commencing at 7.30 pm.

The Agenda will be circulated to members on or before 13 January 2010, and will include a proposal to establish an appropriate legal status as a Company Limited by Guarantee.  A note on the proposed Company structure has been sent to members - please click here to see this.

The formal part of the meeting is normally brief, and followed by a series of electronic presentations on topics of current interest to members. Details of these will be available later.
